One thing I don’t get is if Homeworld retreated after the war was over, who picked shards off of Strawberry Battlefield after the war and started experimenting on them in Kindergarten? The Homeworld Warp has been down for ages, so could there be at least one more Homeworld Gem on Earth, still experimenting under the CG’s noses?
The timeline of all of that’s really hard to pin down at this point. Pearl, at the same time, makes that battle sound like the first one but also the decisive one. Yet in The Message she also indicates that the rebellion lasted long enough for them to need to be able to use long-distance communication, so unless they were coordinating with other planets who really knows?
The only ratings that are ever posted are the Nielsen ratings (i.e. an estimation of the people who watched it on TV when it aired). They usually keep digital ratings close to the chest.

1,796,000 people traumatized by Peridot’s cluster experiment. *shivers*

Well to be fair to Peridot, she was probably just checking on them. They were likely started by the Homeworld before they left Earth.

The past is so mysterious… I can’t wait for future episodes to learn more! 😀
Does this include people who were watching live TV on CN’s app? How has this show been doing in the digital ratings lately, anyways?
